How To Improve Your Power Clean

The power clean is a great movement to work on power and explosiveness. When used correctly in a training program, it can dramatically improve sports performance.

The power clean is a movement that is highly technical. This means that even just the slightest incorrect movement within the lift could cause the lifter to miss. Learning to move correctly can lead to the ability to move significantly more weight and thus increase overall work capacity. I have been coaching and competing in olympic weightlifting for a few years now, and here are a few tips to help you improve your power clean and start moving more weight.
