What would you rather experience?

We’ve all been there – you played your heart out, notched a hat trick, got a PR – and yet, your team still lost. Or on the other end of the spectrum – you had a lousy game, got benched in the 2nd quarter, and your coach didn’t high five you at the end of the game – but your team still won.
 
In the world of sports, there is a constant balance between individual achievement and team success. So – which end of the spectrum do you fall on? Do you want the MVP trophy for your all-star individual performance? Or would you prefer to take home the championship, even if you rode the pine pony all game?
