CoachUp Acquires Bando Performance to Form Next-Generation Athletic Development Company

BOSTON – August 18, 2025 – CoachUp Inc., the nation’s largest online marketplace for private sports coaching, today announced the acquisition of Bando Performance, a leading athletic training and sports performance company. This strategic acquisition will launch a new venture, CoachUp Performance Centers, with the vision of offering best-in-class athletic development through integrated strength and conditioning and sport-specific skill development.

The new CoachUp Performance Centers will combine Bando’s state-of-the-art training facilities and research-backed strength and conditioning programs with CoachUp’s extensive network of expert coaches and technology platform. This acquisition marks a significant step in athletic development, moving beyond traditional coaching to provide a holistic, in-person training experience.

CoachUp Performance Centers will offer comprehensive training and rehab opportunities

The new centers will offer comprehensive programs, including:
