How To Run Healthy

I recently completed the Healthy Running certification and wanted to share some of my knowledge. This video, containing footage on good running technique and the B-Skip drill, was the final deliverable in completing the certification. Watch the video and learn what you can from it, as many people don’t realize the importance of the smallest details in running.
