Coach Molly explains the fitness benefit of the 30-60-90 running exercise. This sprint workout allows players to gain fitness through increasing sprint distances. The sprints lead up to the 90 yard sprint in which replicates a full field recovery run.

Hi I’m Coach Molly, I’m a coach at CoachUp. Next we’re gonna do a 30-60-90 interval. This really simulates game fitness and game endurance so it works on various speed sprints built into a longer space to a 90 yard sprint, which emulates the game recovery.
