One-on-One Soccer | CoachUp Soccer Training

Soccer is about balancing individual contribution with team cohesiveness. There is no better way to improve your individual component than a game of One-on-One, which will allow you to focus on your dribbling, shooting, and ball skills. One-on-One soccer will also allowing you to explore new techniques and new tricks in a fun and competitive environment.

Hi I’m Coach Vasili. The next thing we’re working on is 1 v 1 drills. 1 v 1 is great because it’s a small space, it’s a lot of anaerobic acceleration, more importantly it really helps you express yourself as a player. You can do whatever you want to beat the guy and score the goal. Make mistakes trying new things, have fun with it, but definitely do it as often as you can.
