Football Tips: How To Run The Fade Route

Reggie Rembert: Hi, I’m Reggie Rembert. Former first team All-American from the United States Air Force Academy and CoachUp coach. And this is the fade. It’s important to run good routes. It creates separation from your defender to make it a lot easier to make a catch. In a fade, or the go route, you have press coverage, you wanna give a move at the line of scrimmage, get to the outside, go vertical. Catch the ball over your shoulder. Score a touchdown.
