Stadium stairs are a great piece of training that needs to be in all of our workouts.
Start with form. You have to drive your elbows back, drive your knees up at the same time.
Number two, foot speed is there, body control is there, you have to move in a straight line very very fast.
So overall if your form is there, if you’re really driving your arms and driving your feet through the stairs, you’re really gonna be able to take all the benefits from it.
