With the resistance speed ladder, we’re workin’ on number one agility, we’re workin’ on our coordination, we’re workin’ on our overall speed.
The receiver has to be able to move very very fast in tight quarters for the resistance element forces the drill to be more realistic to the game.
We’re not so much just working on form, but forcing the body to go a lot harder, to be controlled, and to be fast at the same time.
