Kenny Moore: Why I became a CoachUp private football coach

Former Carolina Panthers receiver Kenny Moore explains why he got into private coaching and joined the CoachUp team.

Tiffany Wright: Well the Panthers report to training camp on Thursday, but I caught up with one former Panther who’s been hard at work, lending his expertise to make others better and reach their goals. Former Panther receiver Kenny Moore is now involved in private coaching. 12 year old Gabriel Clark, just one of his clients. Moore’s been working with Clark to help become a better football player. The former Butler Bulldog and Wake Forest receiver is passionate about putting his knowledge and skills into private coaching to help other athletes develop their game. Now private sports coaching is really on the rise due to the increased competitive nature of high school and college sports. Moore coaches youth, high schoolers, college players and pros. Now to market his services Kenny utilizes the organization called CoachUp. You can find them on CoachUp.com. It’s the nation’s number one private coaching company that pairs athletes of all skill levels, to coaches in their area using online booking. Now Kenny told me the experience has been “rewarding” so far. Kenny Moore: I never thought I would want to coach. I never thought I would want to do that. It was very time consuming playing in the NFL and in college it was like “man, these dudes here more than me.” But now, it’s more about the kids, more about applying what I’ve learned throughout the years and put it into these kids to use. It’s very important. For me, it’s been actually very fulfilling to see them learn and get better at a craft that they want to learn.
