Football Tips: How To Run The Out Route

Coach Reggie Rembert explains technique of the out route.

Reggie Rembert: Hi, I’m Reggie Rembert. Former first team All-American from the United States Air Force Academy and CoachUp coach. And this is the out. It’s important to run good routes. It creates separation from the defender to make it a lot easier to make a catch. Plant on your inside foot, and get your head around, and make the play, and then turn it upfield for the score.
