More About Coach Ronnie

I was a Strength and Conditioning Coach for the New York Mets for 12 yrs. I interned Georgia Tech Strength and Conditioning Department for 2 yrs. I was the Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Georgia State University for 1 yr. I coach all age groups from youth to professional level. My certifications include- CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist)
PES- Performance Enhancement Specialist and I have a MS in Exercise Science.

I did not play sports at the college or professional level. I played baseball and football in high school. I was All-District and All- Region in baseball.

My session begins with a 10 min. active warm up. Next I teach a SAQ (Speed, Agility, Quickness) session which my last 30 min-depending on the athlete's needs/goals. Next I take the athlete through a weight training session which usually last about a 30 min. depending on the athletes's goals. I end the session with core training and stretching.

We hired coach Ron to help our 11 year old son work on his speed and agility in order to get ready for the upcoming soccer season. So far the two have developed a great chemistry with Coach able to get the best effort out of him while also managing to be encouraging and supportive. Coach Ronnie is taking my stepson to the next level in fitness for his soccer game. Unlike some other coaches, he pushes his students. We are seeing results and are ongoing clients. We get his help on nutrition as well. He comes well prepared and the sweat on my stepson’s jersey is proof that work has been done.

Started training with Ronnie a few weeks ago and have every intention of continuing with him. He knows what he’s doing, pushes you to improve, and tailors his approach to your desired outcome. I sit in front of a computer each day and want to wake my body up, incorporate functional/dynamic movements, increase range of motion, and build strength. I’ve got a ways to go in all areas, but Ronnie has me on the right track.

I’ve worked with Coach Ronnie since the 2019. I am really happy with my results. I put on 15lbs. My velocity increased 4 mph. My core strength and stability is much better.
