I believe that every athlete has their own unique strengths and areas for improvement, and it is my job as a trainer to tailor my sessions to best support their development. I understand that not all athletes progress at the same rate, and it is important to me to provide an environment where every athlete feels challenged and supported.

By focusing on the individual development level of my athletes, I am able to create customized training plans that help them reach their full potential. This approach allows me to effectively address the specific needs of each athlete and helps them achieve success at their own pace.

Ultimately, my goal is to help my athletes reach their goals and become the best versions of themselves, both on and off the court.

We are so glad that we found coach Rod to help our son get to where he needs to be to obtain his dreams. He’s excellent with the kids. He really cares and goes above and beyond to help them in his lessons. I recommend him highly to anyone who needs to work on any areas in basketball. You won’t regret it.

I really do like the way coach rye explains the game in the techniques

I loved coach Rod's attention to detail. Marquis was very receptive to coach Rod's style of teaching, he learned a lot about the fundamentals of basketball.
We definitely chose the right coach!

Coach Rod was the greatest!!! In just one session it's amazing the improvements my son made with his help. They had an instant connection from the start! He talked him through everything & built my son's confidence level & he cannot wait until the next session! Highly recommend!!!!

Coach Rod is the best trainer in the area. We've had others that cost more for us, and our child got less from them. It's been about three weeks, and the progress has been simply amazing. Everybody has noticed from the guys he plays pickup games with to his coaches. I knew after the first session that we found our new trainer. He seems like the kind of guy that loves the sport so much he just wants to share it, and it's not all about the rewards for him.

Coach Rod, was great! My son learned soooo much from the first session.

Very knowledgeable and very patient with young children. Sean shot the ball with more confidence and could better understand what he did wrong when he didn't shoot it correctly. Immediately signed up more lessons.

I wasn't able to attend the session, my husband took my daughter tonight and all I can say is wow! She is more confident than she's been all season! We cannot wait to see how our daughter progresses under his coaching/mentoring, after this one session she is already a better shooter!!

Thanks so much!!

Kam really liked Coach Rod and has been practicing the techniques that he taught him. Coach Rod relates well to my 8 yr. old grandson and makes the lessons fun. Kam is looking forward to more lessons!

I spent 6 years playing basketball through high school. Coach Rod was able to teach my 13 year old son within 30 mins, things that I was never taught. His techniques are solid and easily demonstrated and learned. He learned more tangible skills in 1 hour of Coach Rod's training than he did his entire 7th grade year of junior high basketball. I've already scheduled him for the next weekend. I highly recommend him to others looking to improve their skills or the skills of their children.

An excellent session with immediate measurable results. Would highly recommend!

This comment was in response to the most recent shooting demo video I posted on Youtube. If I was in the USA I'd hire this man great ball skills and what a way to improve yourself even if you cannot play the game. Would learn to keep your eye on the ball! Sometimes gym is a waste we all need to learn how to move and be accurate in business. It' s tough full on world demanding many skills. This man is an inspiration!
When Coach Mosby started working with me on my shooting, I was in the 11th grade playing small forward. I didn't have a good shot; therefore, I slashed and utilized my athleticism to get to the basket a lot. His technique was easy to understand once I decided to forget what I thought already knew about shooting. I didn't think about what I was doing. I just did what he instructed, and BOOM! I was shooting treys as if they were free throws. He helped me change my footwork, hand placement, release and shot creation. He taught me that the trey, free throw and mid-range jumper were all the same shot. During the tournament my senior year, I had a 40 and 35 point game, shooting 50% from the 3 point line taking at least 8 attempts per game. I also shot 85% from the free throw line. Adding those skills drew a lot of attention from the defense and opened up things for my teammates. Thanks Coach!
My kids were up at 7 am counting down for you 10 o'clock practice. They love it!
