More About Coach Andrew
Coach Andrew grew up playing sports like baseball and soccer, but a major growth spurt, bullying, and struggles in school made those years challenging. Confidence was low, and things could have gone in the wrong direction. Fitness became his guiding light—providing structure, confidence, and a positive path forward when he needed it most.
That experience shaped his entire coaching career. Andrew began coaching at 15 and now has over 25 years of experience, a master’s degree, and has worked with hundreds of athletes—from elementary-age kids to high school competitors.
His sole goal as a coach is simple: help young athletes build confidence through strength and movement.
Every session follows a simple, age-appropriate plan that teaches athletes how to move well, get stronger and faster, and develop healthy habits they can carry with them for life—not just for one season. Strength, speed, and agility are the tools. Confidence is the outcome.
Coach Andrew trained and learned at the birthplace of collegiate strength and conditioning with the University of Nebraska Huskers Athletic Department, working alongside top coaches and athletes. He gained hands-on experience training Division I and Olympic-level athletes from around the world.
Sessions are 45 minutes and start with a quick player check-in, followed by a structured warm-up and the day’s training focus.
Training emphasizes:
• Movement
• Speed
• Agility
• Strength conditioning
Our process is simple: test, train, and repeat. Athletes are tested after day one and re-tested quarterly to track progress and keep training on point.

Coach Andrew was great! He pushed my 15 year old to get the best out of him. He is very knowledgeable and I recommend him to anyone who wants to reach the next level in their game. He also pushed me and motivated me with my workout with him.
Jack (CoachUp client)
Great coach. Pushed me hard, showed me some great new exercises, and great facility. Recommend him highly to others

I have been working out with Andrew for about 2 years. He is a great coach! My main goal was increasing strength and muscle mass and I have met both of those to my satisfaction. I also wanted to prevent any work out related injuries and Andrew has been very cognizant of it. He is very flexible and will develop a regimen to meet your individual needs. I have recommended him to several friends.
Mary (CoachUp client)
Coach Andrew is AWESOME! He knows how to motivate and inspire me to be a better version of myself. Looking forward to more work outs!
Everyone should give him a shot!

Andrew is a great motivator. He encourages and pushes while listening to your concerns. He's always prompt and professional. Very happy with my results 👍
Jared Simmons, Collegiate Football Player (Testimonial)
Andrew, or "coach Drew" as I've always known him, became my strength and conditioning coach while I was an high school athlete. Unlike other coaches, he didn't just give me my workouts, he showed me how and why we trained the way we did. My strength increased rapidly, but it wasn't until I became a college athlete and had the opportunity to compare where I was at with other athletes who have been training for years that I realized how well he had prepared me for the next level. He expected me to work hard and pushed me, but seeing how well it has paid off now shows me it was worth it.
Ellen, Web Developer (Testimonial)
I've trained with Drew for 3 months- have lost weight, toned up, and gained strength! Drew's "You CAN do it!" attitude and positive style have motivated me to push beyond what I ever thought I could achieve! I look forward to working with him in the new space.
Molly, Cellular Profession (Testimonial)
Andrew is awesome! He's very accommodating and encouraging. Isn't a drill sergeant by any means, but still pushes you to do things you don't think are possible. He really does care about your success and wants to see you exceed your expectations. I'm thrilled to be working with him!
