"What is the best time to drink a protein shake? Before, during, or after your work out?"

Immediately after training. Your body is raging for nutrition then and the sooner you can get it in the better. Nutritient timing is PIVIOTAL to maximizing your performance and recovery.

P.S. Your body can't digest more than 25grams of protein per serving. If you are drinking more than that you have expensive pee! :)
