More About Coach Phil

I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association. This is one of the most rigorous credentials to obtain and maintain and the vast majority of NCAA and NFL strength coaches hold NSCA-CSCS credentials.

I have worked in strength and conditioning for fourteen years and counting at seven different high schools in the DC and Baltimore areas and have recently returned home to Texas. I primarily work with girls and boys ages 6-18 of all sports to improve speed and strength. I work with limited number of team moms online and in-person who are seeking to improve health, physique, and quality of life.

I am a former college football player for Baylor University. I lettered in the sport, won Baylor Football's Highest GPA Award, made the Big XII Commissioner's Honor Roll, earned 1st Team Academic All-Big XII honors, and secured a post-graduate football scholarship.

The first step is to have a consultation by phone or in person. At this time, we will examine your prior fitness history and determine how we will achieve your fitness goals. Workouts will be individualized and appropriate to age, gender, and experience.
