Keith Baxter Jr is an experienced youth speed and conditioning coach dedicated to building disciplined, confident athletes. He focuses on fundamentals, conditioning, and skill progression while teaching teamwork, accountability, and a strong work ethic on and off the field.

Keith Baxter Jr is a former two sport standout in football and track at Homestead senior high school, where he earned recognition for his speed and competitive performance. His achievements led to a division 1 athletic scholarship to Marshall University, where he continued to excel at the collegiate level. following his college career, Keith signed as an undrafted free agent with the Minnesota Vikings and also spent time in the NFL with the Green Bay Packers and Kansas city Chiefs, gaining professional experience over a two year period.

A typical speed training session is structured to safely develop acceleration, top speed, agility, and conditioning. Each session is adjusted bases on the athlete's age, experience, and goals, with a strong focus on technique, effort, and steady performance improvement over time.
