More About Coach Joshua
I volunteered with the 7th and 8th grade Parkland Raiders from 2014-2015. I also volunteered as the Head Defensive Line Coach at Mount Tahoma High School. Since then I have been the Head Offensive/Defensive Line Coach for Steilacoom High School where I coached the 2016 Most Valuable Defensive Lineman of the Year and the 2017 Most Valuable Offensive Lineman of the Year for the South Puget Sound Football League. I was alos the Head Football Coach/QB Coach for Meeker Middle School in Tacoma, Washington from 2017 to 2020 for the Tacoma School District Winter Middle School Football Seasons. Was the Head Defensive Line Coach for Hazen High School in the 2019 football Season and spent my last two seasons as the Head Football Coach for Triangle Lake Charter Schools. Which is a 6 Man Football Program where I coached every single position and were the 2021 Oregon State 6 Man Football Championship Runner-Up.
I played several sports as a child. With football as my main sport I played Offensive and Defensive Lineman to include Deep Snapping. When I hit high school I worked hard to turn myself into a Defensive End and Tight End for my Junior and Senior year.
A client can expect core stretches/exercises, agility/plyometrics circuit, positions specific drills, conditioning/speed training, and cool down stretches/exercises. Client will also leave with more general knowledge of the game. Session may vary depending on athlete but this is just a baseline for sessions. I can help with any fundamentals of the game. QUARTERBACKS: Our sessions will be heavily focused on mechanics and footwork. Throwing from uncomfortable positions to include on the run and while attacking the line of scrimmage. Along with multiple other things.
