Graduated from UMass Boston with a major in exercise and health science. Graduated from MCPHS University with a master of public health degree.

Compete with the Greater Boston Track club. Cross country and track (800m) at UMass Boston. Captain of the UMass Boston lacrosse team 2014. College football at Endicott for two years.

A brief warm up with some dynamic movements. Then develop endurance and strength with interval and speed training depending upon clients goals. Also a variety of core and flexibility exercises.

Coach Joe has worked with my son (8) and daughter (15). He begins and ends each session with a short warm up and cool down. During the session he focuses on ground balls, catching and passing, alternating arms to force non dominant hand use, and agility while controlling the ball. We’ve done three sessions so far and will continue to work with coach Joe!

Coach Joe is really a good coach for my son who needs a second set of eyes for his lacrosse fundamentals. My son plays both town and club team but hasn’t really had an opportunity to get a close look at mechanics (to my eyes as a parent, he does some things in his own way). Coach Joe came in and helped him to improve on those on my son’s own pace, no rush but giving sound advice steadily. Two sessions in, I already see significant improvements. Highly recommended.
