Coach Jason is dedicated and makes every session exciting which makes my son look forward to each session. He is personable and gives honest and constructive feedback.

Coach Hitch is a great coach! My daughter wanted some coaching to improve her sprinting performance. Coach Hitch assessed her ability and created a plan to improve her performance. He is patience and works with each athlete on their individual ability through assessment, training and review. Highly recommend Coach Hitch!

My son learned a lot from him in one day. He enjoyed his session very much. He couldn't stop talking about him on the way home. Even continued telling his friends about him afterwards. My son is not the type that's easily flattered, but this was not the case with Coach Jason. He was so impressed by him. He was so inspired that he continued his training the next day. He's very much looking forward to his next session.

Coach Hitchens is and will forever be my favorite coach! He is able to break down the basics of track and teach it to multiple people while sustaining a positive and upbeat attitude. For me personally he taught me the perfect balance of how to work hard and recover correctly. Having come off an injury from the previous season, Coach Hitchens has helped me to improve my times so drastically that I have PR'd more times than my first 2 seasons of combined and helped me to run pain free
Coach Hitchens changed the sport of track & field for me through his attention to detail and ability to see potential. He took the time to get to know me as both a person and an athlete, and encouraged me to strive for excellent in both arenas. Under his coaching, I ran faster than I ever had before, while completely understanding the reasoning and detail that went into my training. He is more than just a coach - he's an educator, a developer and to continues to be a mentor to this day".
