More About Coach Eric
I have coached athletes and helped others train to get in shape, lose weight or reach whatever goal it is that they want. I am a former collegiate sprinter (100m, 200m, 400m, relays) and continue training and running. I also train and compete in all areas from 5ks to marathons.
I am also a certified personal trainer (NASM) and am CPR/AED certified.
My sessions are specialized to each athlete but all focus on technique, form and making sure athletes do what's necessary to stay healthy.
I have competed in the 100, 200, 400 and relays in college and have ran countless 5ks, 10ks and many half marathons and full marathons since.
Every session is an hour in length and they are all specialized and catered to the individual runner based upon his or her goals and needs and focused on those goals and needs.

Coach Eric throughout the whole time I've worked with him has helped me to greatly improve my all round ability as a sprinter. When I first began my sessions with him I was relatively inexperienced in the blocks and was really tight as a runner. Throughout three weeks my starts have gone from iffy to not only competent but competitive for the high school level. My form as well has improved especially in the glide phase. Overall coach Eric has made me a much better sprinter in such a short time and I'd recommend him as a coach for anyone looking for big improvements.

Eric is a very nice, down to earth guy and he really knows his stuff -- he also knows how to coach kids, and is great at establishing a rapport in order to effectively teach them. My daughter is a competitive soccer player who wants to get faster, and Eric is working with her to improve her sprinting form. Because my daughter is a soccer player, Eric catered his training to focus on the "30 yard sprints" that soccer is all about. He does a great job diagnosing her issues in order of importance, and explaining them to her in a way that she understands. Eric is also giving her very practical exercises to help her retrain her running style. I recommend him to anyone who wants to improve their sprinting form. And like I said, he's a really nice guy, good personality.
