More About Coach Danielle

During COVID-19 quarantine, all sessions are being held virtually via Zoom or Facetime. Athletes will continue to receive workout plans and coached training sessions during these difficult times.

Danielle has been a fitness professional since 2009. She was a boot camp instructor, Les Mills instructor and kickboxing instructor at health clubs throughout PA and VA. Danielle is an RRCA Certified Running Coach and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer.

She coaches athletes of all skill level; whether you are training for your first 5K or working on a marathon PR. Danielle will incorporate strength and running into a program that suits your goals. As a Corrective Exercise Specialist Danielle is able to assess athletes, identify weaknesses and administer corrections to help runners be faster and stronger!

Danielle is a well rounded athlete skilled in mid and long distance running. She is an active member of the Crossfit community and enjoys incorporating functional fitness into her training regime. Since taking up long distance running she has completed 13 marathons with a PB of 3:49. Danielle has completed over 20 half marathons, numerous short distances (10K and 5Ks), awarded age group awards and dabbled with triathlons & duathlons.

Danielle plans each session based on the athletes goal. Client feedback is extremely important to Danielle. All plans consider the athletes lifestyle, fitness level, injury history and of course overall goals. Danielle strives to help each runner find their inner athlete with the time you have to dedicate to the sport.

We did it!!! Jimmy won 1st in his age group and placed 15th. I placed 103. There were 118 people total. We both ran our fastest times. It was a great feeling!!! However, we didn't get bibs an I'm mad I wanted one lol. Guess I have to find another 5k with a bin to run :-). Thanks for all your encouragement.
