More About Coach Craig
Hi My name is Coach Vick, I am a performance coach here in Dallas. I have over 15 years experience playing football all the way from pop warner to college and 3 years experience coaching under retired NFL Cowboy Player Kenny Wheaton. I specialize in teaching football fundamentals, skills, & speed/condition but also offer elite work outs for all sports. My mission is to give our next generation of student-athletes the tools that they need to thrive and excel at the next level.
In high school, I was a 3 year letterman in football and 4 year in track. I earned a football scholarship to play at Waldorf University (Slot Receiver) then transferred to Dakota State University on a Track Scholarship.
Session will begin with stretching and warm ups. During this time we'll go over the planned drills for the day. Drills will consist of lateral movement, sports specific skills, and parachute workouts. Feedback will be given throughout the session.
