More About Coach Braxton
I coach and train football players to become better athletes. I've coached on the college level for 7 yrs. I have played and trained as a Division 1 and professional athlete as well. I currently am the Linebacker coach at Clark Atlanta University. I also played 3 years professionally for the Denver Broncos organization and had a decorated college career at the University of Kentucky.
I played Div. 1 college football at the University of Kentucky, where I earned ALL-American and ALL-SEC honors playing the linebacker position. I also played in the NFL for 3 yrs. where I played with the Denver Broncos before suffering a leg injury.
Depending on the request of the client I try to provide a mix of core, speed and strength training that enhances the clients athletic abilities. If a client plays a sport I will implement more position specific training and drill, whether it's route running, ball drills, or even tackle/blocking techniques. Cardio is very important to me so I always include a run into my training sessions as well.

Braxton is serious, but not militant, which helps to foster the boys’ love for football; He is focused but friendly, which makes the boy’s try hard for him; and lastly, he is damn good at teaching and preparing people for football.
