More About Coach Benjamin

I have coached at the High School, and Collegiate level. I have 6 year of coaching experience having stops at High Point Central High School for 2 years, Catawba College (Dll) for 1 year, Guilford College (Dlll) for 1 year, and most recently the University of North Carolina at Pembroke (Dll) for 2 years.

Coming out of high school I was 4AA All-Conference player, Team Captain, and Team MVP. I also was selected to the All-Region 1st team and was a All-State honorable mention.

A session with me will be conducive with the clients needs and wants. My sessions will also be fun, intense and challenging. I will encourage my clients to always give it their all in all that they do.
