I have training experience with high prospects coming out of high school, all levels of college, and some NFL experience. I have trained with guys at all levels so I know what the difference is between an NFL Athlete and a struggling one. I trained myself all my life and now I want to bring value to this world by helping football players of all ages acquire the skill set they desire on the field. I do not only help football players become more dangerous on the field, I train their mind as well.

I played high school football in Katy, Texas where that is one of the highest levels of high school football. There I received Most Improved Player from My Junior Season to my Senior Season. I have played and practiced against High D1 level athletes. I then went on to play receiver at Arizona Christian University where I started as a true freshman and we went on to be Sac Champions.

I would begin my workouts with dynamic warm ups that train their speed, then we will go straight into the specific technique we are perfecting that day. It would be something we talk about and I will record your progress and send you film reviews as we grow together. I believe that recording your sessions is extremely valuable so you can see every little detail you have and what needs to be improved. Towards the end of the session is when focus comes into play. I train you the details you need to make significant in your mind while you are on the football field so it is easier for you to be in a flow state while playing in your games.
