Sessions include training in the fundamentals and techniques of all positions associated with the game of football. Each session will consist of a training period and a flag football period incorporating that session's training. Training includes QB, WR, and RB training as all three positions will work together periodically.

Itinerary (subject to change):

Individual Drills (QB/WR/RB)
Grip - Observe, evaluate, adjust as necessary.
Ball Placement - Where and how to hold the ball to enable the QB to not only protect the ball, but to be able to throw quickly.
Warm-up Throws - Observe and evaluate arm action, release points, follow through, etc. Adjust as necessary.
Typewriter - 1st phase of footwork drills.
Drops - 1, 3, 5, open/shuffle - Cover all different types of drops both to the right and left and how to adjust based on route and field position (most critical of footwork drills).
Shuffle - 2nd phase of footwork drills that incorporates both the typewriter drill and drops.
Point/Slide - 3rd phase and continuation of above.
Strip/Gauntlet - Ball security and drop combo drill.
Yo-yo - 1st phase of throwing on the run.
Mini rodeo/lasso - 2nd phase of throwing on the run.
Rodeo/lasso - 3rd phase of throwing on the run - combining drills above to create full speed effect.
Scramble – How to get out of trouble, avoid pressure, then use principles above to throw on the run, or create scenarios for QB to plan how to handle pressure (throw? Run? Throw it away?).
Zero - How to throw TDs vs zero coverage (all-out blitz).
Trouble - Preparation for what to do when everything breaks down.
Bad snap - How to handle bad snaps from under center or from the shotgun.
4th/5th read drill - A culmination of most of the drills above - drops, footwork, trouble, scramble, etc.

Screens
Fast - All the details of throwing a quick screen to an outside WR or a bubble screen to an inside WR.
Solid - Proper technique of a play-action screen off zone or stretch.
Jailbreak - Fundamentals of not only throwing this highly effective screen, but how to protect yourself as well.
Slow - This is the traditional RB screen.
Rocket/Laser - Slightly different version of the traditional slow screen, more of a double screen designed primarily for the RB.
Solo - Another play action screen from the power game, highly effective
