I competed on the Division 2 level at Lane College, Jackson, TN. Learned the fundamentals of the game, enjoyed playing the game and enjoyed giving back to it after my playing career was over.
My session plan is dependent on the athlete's needs. I will always ask questions about the athlete's skill level, plans at the position they are currently playing/transitioning to, and their overall goals for the season and career. I believe that without a plan of action, there won't be growth. Without growth, they will be stuck in the place they already are.
