I have coached and trained athletes in various sports at all levels. I have worked at UC Berkeley, SFSU, SJSU, and Peralta CC. I work with Middle School to Adult ages. I currently hold these certifications: CSCS, ACSM, USAW, USATF.
A multi sport athlete at San Jose State University. I have competitive achievments in JUDO, Olympic Weightlifting, and Track and Field at the collegiet level.
I take clients through a structured program based on science. Clients start with a consultation where I take base measurements for reference. From the data a custom program is designed structured to address athletic goals. The workouts consist of dynamic warmups, sport specific drills, strength & conditioning, and recovery.
