I plan on stretching the athlete the first 15 minutes of the session and then splitting up the remaining time half working offense and half working defense. I have a wide range of equipment that will be provided to work drills specific to the position we are working. I am able to provide "looks" on the opposite side of the ball to assimilate real life reps to train muscle memory and improve overall technique and fundamentals. My training will enhance where your eyes need to be on defense to react and get to the football and on offense how to have good hand placement, footwork, route running, and blocking

My son Zak simply loved it. Coach Wes is absolutely great. It is absolutely an amazing opportunity to be trained by coach Wes. I don't have to elaborate on his knowledge, experience, skills, etc. because it's a no brainer. He played in the NFL. It doesn't get better than that.
