More About Coach Uzoma

I have 15+ years of experience in coach and training. The levels I have coached and trained are elementary school all the way up to high school. I also have 1 year of college coaching under my belt. I have coached at Shirakawa Elementary, Stipe Elementary, Oak Grove High School, and Cerritos College. I have also have coached and trained kids at many organizations.

I played football from 7 years old all the way up to the college level. I played at Cerritos High School and Cerritos College. I was Defensive Player of the Year. 2nd Team all league. Defensive Linemen of the year.

Basic fundamental skills, strength and conditioning, agilities, fun, footwork, hand accordination, balance, having fun. I will challenge them everyday. For example, I'll give them a chance to go again me and try to beat me in any challenge.
