More About Coach Tyler

I have led and coaches athletes at the Professional, Olympic, and NCAA levels. Being a former international tennis player and dual sport athlete in college (soccer & tennis) I found a love for Strength & Conditioning coaching the US SKI & SNOWBOARD Olympic Teams, UC San Diego, NFL athletes, and even youth athletes from elementary to High school levels seeking scholarships.

I typically work with youth athletes, rehabbing athletes of all ages, and even college athletes during their off seasons.

I am a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (NSCA-CSCS), Precision Nutrition certified coach, and USA Weightlifting Sport Performance Coach.

I have competed at the amateur-pro level in tennis from the International Tennis Federation and a had a brief collegiate career before hand. I competed at Drexel University after taking Bloomsburg University to a National Championship run. After experiencing several injuries due to a lack of guidance…that is why I am here. To make you, your child, your athlete the healthiest and most efficient athlete if they need to be more explosive, stronger or have better endurance…I want you to be your best physically and mentally so that you never fall short of your potential.

Each session when I first work with a client will start with a sports science-based movement screen. This is so that I can assess what’s the athlete needs on a count of what I see, what they have told me about their injury history, but more specifically who they are and what sports they play. Then from there I will be able to develop the most comprehensive and personalized program to get them closer to their goal in the best way possible.
