More About Coach Tony
I have been coaching for over 10 years. I work with youth to professional athletes. I specialize in high school to pro but will make exception for dedicated youth players.
I have been a high school football since 2019. I have been working with pros for over 5+ years.
I played football and ran track at USC.
Signed to the NFL with the SD Chargers out of college.
Also played professionally for 5 years in the CFL for the BC Lions and Winnipeg Blue Bombers.
Every session starts with a dynamic warmup, followed by drills to activate the fast twitch muscles, then we finish with longer drills to replicate game action, followed with light conditioning to finish. Each session has a focus topic that will be emphasized throughout the session.
