In the past ten years I have completed 13 marathons all sub 4:00, along with organizing and participating in two Ragnar Great River and two Northwoods trail relay events.

I had a short track career in at Janesville Waldorf Pemberton high school in south central Minnesota in the early 1990's that I used to supplement my endurance for playing varsity football. Upon attending the University of Minnesota I was a recreational runner during my junior and senior year (2000 and 2001).

After discussing with you what your specific goals are I will design a running plan to help you meet your goals. During the course of your training I will monitor how you handling the training regimen and make edits as needed.
