I am an ACE certified Personal trainer specializing in Speed and agility training. I have worked privately with different age groups from youth baseball to adult fitness.
Coached in single A and AA youth baseball to include skills and conditioning. Conduct fitness camps and Speed and Agility training for friends and family. Youth soccer coach. Completed as an amateur bodybuilder. Basketball player and cyclist.
This is client dependent. I can focus on speed and agility drills for Football, Baseball and Basketball. To emphasize quickness and increased vertical and horizontal speed and agility. I use an outdoor circuit training method infused with specialized training based on client needs. Sleds, boxes and cone drills are some of my favorites to use in training along with sport specific jumping and cutting.
