More About Coach Timothy
I have coached athletes in many sports ages 6 and up with a specialization in speed and agility, strength and conditioning, and body mechanics and positioning. I attained my bachelors degree in exercise science with a concentration in strength and conditioning from Kennesaw State University. I am currently the Director Of Sports Performance at Atlanta Extreme Volleyball Club.
I played football as well as basketball throughout high school at Lowndes High School in Valdosta, Georgia. After senior season I decided to pursue my degree instead of continue to be a student athlete. This is where I found my passion for coaching and developing the next generation of athletes.
During our session we would start with a simple dynamic warmup leading into some speed and agility that is tailored to the movements you will see within your sport. Next we would continue into speed, sport specific, power development, stability, or whatever it may be that the athlete needs to work on that day.
