The first session is always used for an assessment. I use that to determine the athletes strength and weaknesses and what we need to focus on moving forward. Warm up, high knees, A,B skips, spring drills, jumping drills, technique drills. Posture drills. The are options are endless but after the first session, I come up with a plan to meet 2-3x a week.
