I have been coaching and training student athletes since 2011. I started out as a graduate assistant football coach at the University of Idaho. I spent three years working with offensive and defensive lines, as well as my graduate assistant duties. I’ve coached at the division 1 level, I’ve worked with high school and middle school (6th grade) student athletes as well. I’ve also worked with professional football offensive lineman. Most recently, I am the assistant Offensive line coach at the College of San Mateo (Junior College).

I was a 2007 First Team CCCAA All American while at the College of San Mateo. I competed at the division college football level, specifically in the Western Athletic Conference. After the College of San Mateo, I earned a full ride athletic scholarship to attend the University of Idaho. I played two years at the right guard position on the offensive line. We won the Humanitarian Bowl in 2009.

It depends on the needs of the athlete, but with a first time workout, I’ll put them through a warmup then work basic fundamentals, unless they ask for specific help on specific things. The sessions will be 60-90 minutes and I will always incorporate some kind of finisher to challenge your strength/core.
