Client Reviews

We just had our first training with Heather and she has been great. I had originally scheduled sessions for my son back at the beginning of summer. Unfortunately my son suffered an injury that had him down for the entire summer. Not only was she very understanding with having to cancel the sessions we had scheduled, she was also very sympathetic and supportive and checked in often to ask how his recovery was going. She was also patient while waiting for the right time to reschedule and get him started.
After this first session, my son was very happy with how she broke down his events and explained all the mechanics while also recording him to show him where he can improve.
Overall, my son and I are very happy with Taylor! Her expertise, coupled with her gentle guidance makes her a great trainer.

My daughter has been working on high jump and triple jump with Taylor and it’s been a great experience. Her form and confidence are improving with every lesson.

Coach Mead was great!
She really helped my son with his sprinting and also provided alot of guidance and feedback with the things he wanted to improve on.
My son looked forward to every session and left feeling motivated. So happy we found her.

Coach Taylor was the perfect choice for our soon-to-be 8th grade daughter, whose events on her 7th grade modified track team were long jump and sprinting races. Coach Taylor starts each session with thorough warmup exercises, and then moves into drills that specifically target all aspects of each of our daughter's events. She is an expert at teaching the best form for long jumping. Throughout the entire session, Coach Taylor is positive and supportive. Our daughter leaves each hour and 15 minute training session feeling like she had fun, while we notice that she's worked harder than she has at her own school's practices. Coach also created a training schedule for our daughter to use this summer to help her get stronger and faster. We highly recommend Coach Taylor and look forward to having her work with our daughter again in the future.
