1. PRIOR to the initial coaching session, Coaching Students complete an ONLINE Par-Q Health History/Nutrition Profile as well as a Strength & Functional Movement Fitness Screening. The results are reviewed with the coaching student and then we schedule your initial Small Group Training coaching session. ALL of my Small Group/one-on-one Coaching Students are automatically set up with their own PRIVATE PORTAL in my ONLINE COACHING SYSTEM and access to my Facebook Training page to supplement their face-to-face training experience. The Online Training sessions feature both video demonstrations and written descriptions of your customized training plan activities and can be conveniently accessed anytime and anywhere on your laptop or mobile device. NOTE: I am available via Phone/Text/Email to address your specific training questions.
2. LET'S GET STARTED! ALL of my group/one-on-one coaching sessions begin with a dynamic warm-up, flexibility/range of motion (sport/activity specific) activities. Coaching sessions are typically 60 minutes depending on individual goals.
3. NEXT, the format for a session depends on what the PRIMARY FOCUS of a session is for that training day such as; Burn Body Fat, Flexibility/Agility Training, CORE Conditioning, Strength Training, Explosive Power, Muscular Endurance Training, Marathon/Running etc.
4. SESSIONS CONCLUDE with a light cardio cool-down which includes a combination of active/passive flexibility techniques. Myofacial Release techniques using a Foam Roller are included with one-on-one coaching sessions.
5. FINISH WITH Introducing and Brief Discussion of a Weight loss and/or Sports Nutrition Tip, and . . .
6. REVIEW of Client Nutrition Journal.
