1. PRIOR to the initial NUTRITION/FITNESS coaching session, Coaching Students complete an ONLINE/In-Person Health History/Nutrition Initial Assessment, Eating Habits Questionnaire as well as a Strength & Functional Movement Fitness Screening. The results are reviewed with the coaching student and then we schedule your initial Small Group/One-on-one coaching session. ALL of my Small Group/one-on-one Coaching Students are automatically set up with their own PRIVATE PORTAL in my ONLINE COACHING SYSTEM and access to my Facebook Nutrition/Fitness Coaching page to supplement their face-to-face training experience. The Online Training sessions feature both video demonstrations and written descriptions of your customized training plan activities and can be conveniently accessed anytime and anywhere on your laptop or mobile device.

2. LET'S GET STARTED! ALL of my group/one-on-one FITNESS coaching sessions begin with a dynamic warm-up and flexibility/range of motion (sport/activity specific) activities. Online NUTRITION coaching sessions begin with a review of your progress with Eating Habit Change Next Steps. Both NUTRITION/FITNESS coaching sessions include text/video conference support.

3. NEXT, the format for a coaching session depends on what the Primary Focus of the FITNESS/NNUTRITION coaching session is for that day such as; Burn Body Fat, Flexibility/Agility Training, CORE Conditioning, Strength Training, Explosive Power, Muscular Endurance Training, Marathon/Running OR Discuss/Modify and Assign New NUTRITION Next Steps.

4. FITNESS Coaching sessions conclude with a light cardio cool-down which includes a combination of active/passive flexibility techniques, Myofacial Release techniques using a Foam Roller and a REVIEW of your Nutrition Journal.
5. NUTRITION Coaching sessions conclude with Introducing and Brief Discussion of a Weight loss, Healthy Eating and/or Sports Nutrition Tip, AND . . .
6. REVIEW of Nutrition Journal.
