A. EnduraFIT OUTDOOR Small Group Strength & Conditioning Program. (8 weeks, Jackson/Freehold, NJ Areas)

SMALL GROUP TRAINING sessions meet Outdoors and are led by Coach Steve at one of several Jackson/Freehold Area locations. Sessions: 60-75 minutes

* Session Overview/Warm-Up/Complete & Collect Any Forms (performed at start/finish Location)
* Unlike a traditional Fitness BootCamp, Participants then exit from the start/finish Location and Transition to 6-8 nearby, yet different
Exercise Locations via Power Walking (beginner/intermediate level) or Running (advanced level). Participants engage in 5-7 minutes
of targeted exercise activities using existing natural/man-made obstacles at each of the different Exercise Locations located within
a combination of Park, Neighborhood and/or Street settings. (Note: Coach Steve will closely monitor Participants for proper exercise
form and maintaining Social Distance Requirements)
* After completing exercise activities at the final Exercise Location, Participants Transition back to start/finish Location.
* Cooldown
* Comments and Session Q&A

B. Personal/Partner Training > Offered ONLINE using Zoom Meeting Platform and IN-PERSON, Jackson/Freehold, NJ Areas.
Sessions: 35-60 minutes (Try My Elite Package for Best Value!)

* Session Overview/Aerobic Warm-Up/Dynamic Flexibility & Range of Motion activities.
* Format for a private/partner session depends on what the PRIMARY FOCUS of a session is for that training day such as;
Balance/Agility Training, Strength Training for Core Muscle Groups, Aerobic conditioning drills, Sport Specific conditioning etc.

Great coach my daughter was very happy!

Steve is an awesome coach. He will go over your goals and tailor your training to that goal. He is very informative and won’t steer you in the wrong direction. His Communication is exactly what you would want out of a coach with check-ins and nutritional tips as well as different stretches and work outs to incorporate throughout the week. I would highly recommend Steve.
