Experience coaching ages from 8 years old to adults looking to improve their swimming ability and refine technique. All swimmers will have a unique plan for successful swimming.
Division 1 swimmer for five years, NCAA Championship qualifier. Worked specifically with detailed parts of swimming including starts, turns, sprinting, and more.
I tailor all sessions to the needs of the athlete. Athletes can expect numerous drills that will help achieve eliminate errors and improve efficiency while working to refine skills. We will have unique access to starting blocks in a private lane.
