More About Coach Sianna
I am currently getting my NSCA CSCS certification and in the meantime I am training clients from all ages and levels in my garage home gym.
I played NCAA D1 PAC-12 soccer at The University of Washington for four years. My freshman year at Washington I received an MVP award during the Portland Invitational Tournament.
When meeting a client for the first time I will want to know their history with strength training prior to starting with me, any injuries they have/had, and I will ask them their goals. I will then work on form for the first few sessions to make sure their form is good to prevent injury before building weight and getting into the program of weight training. Based off their goals, I will then put together a training program individualized to that specific client.

Client Reviews
Jody (Testimonial)
Sianna shows up with heart, hustle, and a whole lot of personality. Training with her is Neve boring-and always worth it.
Brinley (Testimonial)
working out with Sianna is the perfect mix of laughs and serious sweat. She's got this goofy, lighthearted energy that makes training fun, but don't let that fool you-she incredibly disciplined and knows when it is time to lock in. You can tell she genuinely cares and puts her whole heart into helping others grow. I always leave a session feeling stronger, both physically and mentally.
