I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in sports performance and injury prevention. I work with athletes of all levels helping them improve speed, power, and movement efficiency while reducing injury risk.
Having a background in rehab allows me to bridge the gap between physical therapy and performance, so whether you’re coming back from an injury or looking to elevate your performance, I build programs tailored to you.
I’ve worked across orthopedics and sports settings, and currently support athletes of all levels through return to sport.
Former collegiate track & field walk-on with a background in competitive club track. While I did not officially complete collegiately due to compliance-related circumstances, my experience training within a collegiate environment, and my Doctorate of Physical Therapy background provide a strong foundation in athletic performance, movement mechanics, and injury prevent.
Sessions are individualized based on your goals. Each session may include movement assessment, targeted strength work, speed drills, and injury prevention strategies.
