A typical session will focus on footwork and throwing techniques that will directly benefit the athlete in his/her game time performance. Will also teach reading coverages and defenses to prepare the athlete for whatever they may see on the field in their upcoming season.

Coach Sean is a great coach i love how he explains everything to my son like use this foot on your brake. This is how you get off press coverage these little things are whats going to really help my 11 yr old son this fall season. Coach Sean was great with my 8 year old son. Was very positive and kept him moving all 60 mins. In addition, gave him great pointers on hand placement, route running, leg placement, etc... I highly recommend him for WR training.

Coach Sean is exactly what I was looking for in a coach for my son. He has the look, style and talent. My son is 12 never played football before. He wants to play QB and when we use to get with other coaches they would treat him like a RB or lineman. This is the first practice were he actually threw the ball. And even though my son isn't the best you would have never known because Coach Sean encouraged my son the whole time. Everything my son knew I taught him from watching YouTube videos. So not only did my son learn a lot but I learned a lot also. I think Coach Sean is going to play a big part in my sons future. If you're looking for a QB Trainer, Instructor, Or Coach.
