More About Coach Ronald

Over the years my experience in training athletes has allowed me to fall deeper in love with the process of development and progression. I've been fortunate enough to coach the full spectrum of humans. My clientele includes children finding their footing in their first sporting years all the way to the elderly looking to regain strength and mobility. I've had the pleasure of working with collegians, professional athletes and Olympians to name a few.

During my athletic journey I have been blessed to achieve the accolades of Conference Champion, All-American and Olympic Trials Semifinalist. Over the years of college and professional competition, my training bases have spanned NV, WI, CO and FL.
One thing I have learned through my litany of awards and honors is they are résumé enhancers. However, and more importantly, they are inevitable byproducts of hard work and discipline.

A typical session with my will always begin with a dynamic warm-up. In order to optimize training, we must first ensure the correct muscles are firing. The dynamic warm-up will include activation, stretching and drills. Once we have the muscles ready to go, a tailored workout will be administered. This will vary depending on sport, position and event group. Depending on complexity and client necessity, 1-2 hour sessions can be expected. To end the day, we'll finish off with a cool down. This looks similar to a light jog and dynamic stretching. High performance is a 24-hour cycle. As one workout finishes, the preparation of rest and recovery immediately begins.
