More About Coach Ronald
Since 2015, I have been dedicated to coaching athletes at the university level and beyond. My journey began at Azusa Pacific, where I specialized in developing football players’ overall athleticism and speed. At the University of Southern California, I broadened my expertise by working with all Olympic sports, focusing on enhancing performance across various disciplines.
I now own and operate a sports performance club that helps athletes in all sports reach their full potential. My coaching philosophy is rooted in a holistic approach, training the complete athlete to be the best version of themselves, both on and off the field. I am USATF Level 1 Certified and hold a master’s degree in Kinesiology, which further informs my commitment to developing well-rounded athletes.
As a two-sport scholarship athlete, I achieved significant success in both football and track. In football, I was a 2x Conference Champion, playing in 40 games throughout my college career. On the track, I earned multiple All-Conference honors.
Each session begins with a general warm-up to get the blood flowing, followed by running drills focused on gradually refining sprint mechanics. I then incorporate sport-specific movements tailored to the athlete’s unique needs. We conclude with a recap to reinforce learning and ensure continuous improvement.
