I Have coached 12 U Pop Warner football in Lake Travis for the past three years. My main focus is offensive line and defensive line. I typically work with boys sixth grade through high school.

I played defensive line (nose tackle) for a division 2 school in Minnesota. St. Cloud State University. I was all conference my junior year. I was also a part of the NCAA combine to play professionally. I am also proficient in Olympic, lifting and have competed in strong man competitions.

Your child will learn the proper fundamentals of playing offensive line and defensive line. I stress the importance of stance, posture and how do use your power? From an offensive line perspective, your child will walk away with a better understanding of how to drive block and pass block with perfect technique.
From a defensive line perspective, your child will learn how to line up against an offensive lineman come off the ball with power and pursuit to the football. This training is for football players who need guidance are motivated and determined to be O or D linemen.
