A typical session with me combines technical instruction, strength conditioning, and performance enhancement. Clients can expect:

1. Warm-up (15-20 minutes): Dynamic stretching, mobility exercises, and light cardio.
2. Technique analysis (20-30 minutes): Breakdown of athlete's movement patterns, identifying areas for improvement.
3. Drills and exercises (30-40 minutes): Customized drills focusing on speed, agility, strength, and power.
4. Conditioning (20-30 minutes): High-intensity interval training, plyometrics, or resistance band work.
5. Cool-down and review (10-15 minutes): Stretching, review of key takeaways, and goal setting.

Specific focus areas:

• Sprint mechanics (block starts, acceleration, and top-end speed)
• Middle-distance techniques (running economy, endurance)
• Strength training (core, lower body, upper body)
• Flexibility and mobility exercises

My sessions are:

• Client-centered and goal-oriented
• High-energy and engaging
• Focused on progressive overload and improvement
