More About Coach Reig

I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM-CPT) and have been coaching and training athletes of all ages and abilities since 2004. My experience includes coaching and working with a range of experience levels, including youth sports (ages 5-13), high school-aged athletes (ages 14-18) and those looking for an edge as they prepare for college athletics (or those looking for additional improvement outside of their current program). I have coached football, basketball, and track at the high school level. As a personal trainer I have also worked with the adult population and trained clients to reach their goals in for general health and fitness improvement. I have prepared and executed strength and conditioning programs for lacrosse, wrestling, baseball, volleyball, and soccer teams, as well as military servicemembers.

I competed at the high school level in football, wrestling, and lacrosse. Following high school I played semi-professional football, and briefly wrestled while in the US Army.

Each session will be designed based on the specific needs of each person. All sessions will be challenging, stimulating (both physically and mentally), and FUN! I keep each individual's likes and interest in mind when designing each session. I'm here to help you get the best results possible; you goals are my goals!

Excellent training with my son!

Coach Reig has been working on strength and conditioning with my 9yo son for a few weeks now, and he has been great! Coach Reig is incredible. My son (10) has already improved greatly in just two sessions. We cannot wait to see how he much he improves over the coming months. Not only that but he enjoys meeting with Coach and comes home super excited and showing us what Coach showed him. The drills are fun and FOCUSED. Coach Reig is a great training coach. Coming from a player, he pushes me and also makes sure I stay safe, I continue to learn more about the game of football, and I have fun. He cares about the improvement of the people he works with and values the importance of understanding why. Coach Reig is overall a great guy. Before working with him, working out was a struggle for me but now I feel great about doing it. I have a great time working with him and have really learned a lot about different workout techniques to make myself better. If your looking to have a great time while working out, Reig is your guy.
