More About Coach Raymond
I coached Pop Warner for 5 years and high school football for 4 years. I specialize in coaching;
Receivers, Quarterbacks, Runningbacks, Tight Ends, Linebackers, Cornerbacks & Safteys.
If you're a player of a different position and u need some speed and endurance training; I'm your guy, because I'm also an accomplished track coach/ trainer. No matter what your position maybe.
I'm also a sports psychologist. I can help you set and attain goals you may have thought impossible, until I teach you the proper techniques to use.
I'm also a motivational speaker, I can come and speak to any group during practice or before a game. My rate for motivational speaking or seminar type forums covering a specific topic goes $100 dollars an hour.
I have numerous drill and techniques to pass on to the youth of football and speed/endurance training.
I have a new buddy system plan. If you purchase one session for $45, if you bring another client then I will reduce the price to $27.50 per session! Or if you bring 2 clients I will reduce the price to $15 per session for each client!!!!! And you can't beat that for the caliber coach I am... if you've ever read the book Outliers, I've studied football for over 60,000 hours!!! Very few coaches in the world can say that. And I'm only 39 years old, so anyone of the few coaches who can say that would be much older than me. Because no one in the entire world my age or younger knows more football than me, because I know more football than most old people. My goal is to be an NFL coach in 8 years or less. I'm more than capable of doing it now, it just takes a few years to politic your way in the door...
My Motto: If I can't get it out of you, No one can!!!!!
I played 2 years of highschool football (Receiver Position); ran 2 years of track and field at Morningside High in Los Angeles California from 1993-1994. Track and field; went to state finals both years1993 & 1994.
I was on the Junior Olympics Team also in 1993-1994; took 1st place in the 1600 meter relay and broke the national record in 1994.
Then I went on and ran Track and field at Long Beach City College in 1995
I redshirted one year at Long Beach City College. Then later played 2 years at Compton Community College. The main reason I wasn't able to receive a letter of intent for college football, because though I was supremely talented, My size was consistently looked at, as too small.
I was at a 49er practice years ago and Jerry Rice and (Cornerback) Marquez Pope taught me some great techniques. I've talked with Eagles receiver, Desean Jackson, on some route techniques. That's just to name a few NFL players, whom assisted my training as a young man. Growing up in Los Angeles, you run into a lot of professional athletes. I always ask them for advice to get better. I've spoken and worked out with 20 NFL players over the last 20 years.
1. A dynamic warm up is always key, and very neccesary!
2. The actual field workouts will vary depending on position, what your goals are, and how many times we've worked out. Most field drills will require some cone work, along with some drills using the football as well. I have very unique workouts and training methods so I don't want to give out my secrets in this statement. However, if you choose me as your coach you will see the fun extraordinary techniques I apply to get you better than the average coach or player...
3. Then a proper cool down is just as important as a warm up and very neccesary as well.

Coach Raymond is a great coach! After just one session my son (high school football) left with more confidence and motivation to play the game. He also taught him more skills in one session than his pop warner coaches taught in 4 seasons. This guy is amazing and worth every penny he charges.

Coach raymond knows what he is doing. When all my coaches and teammates said I was done and doubted me by saying football was basically done for me coach raymond has taken me in as his own and has let me continue football and get better at it and soon be able to play at the college level. He's the guy you are lookin for if you want to get better, because for me it is not time to hang my cleates up and he's given me that shot to continue playing football.

I was looking to help my daughter gain speed and agility on the soccer field. I read Coach Raymond's Bio and was impressed, so I decided to sign up for training. I was impressed with Coach Raymond's approach. He began by teaching my daughter basic skills in sprinting that I never would have thought of and that alone helped my daughter with her explosiveness and running. Coach Raymond worked my daughter through several drills that helped with strength building. I liked his coaching style and found him to be very informative. I liked that he was prepared with a training plan. He is very personable and made training fun for my daughter. I would train again with him and would recommend Coach Raymond to anyone wanting to improve their speed and agility.

Coach Raymond was very impressive. He had a very thorough philosophy and outline on how he could improve my son's performance on the football field through physical and mental preparation. He connected well with my 9-year-old son. He offered clear instructions that my son was able to follow. He offered praise that really had my son pumped up to perform well. He also gave my son clear instructions on drills that would improve his performance at quarterback and redirected my son's efforts when they were not matching what was being asked. When my son had a problem completing what was asked of him, Coach Raymond immediately broke the task into three easier steps. This allowed my son to complete the three separate parts of the task that he could understand and then string them together to complete what was being asked of him. My son immediately encouraged me to sign him up for more sessions with Coach Raymond. We did and now look forward to our next session with him. Also, Coach Raymond was the closest coach to us at a two-hour drive. Because of who Coach Raymond is, my son and I will make that drive without any hesitation whatsoever.
